Rooms
There are 3 guest bedrooms at La Maire, each with its own character and charm. All rooms have either an en-suite bath/shower
room or the exclusive use of one nearby, and come complete with towels, pool towels, and bathrobes. All rooms are centrally heated.
Pyrenees suite
This spacious room on the ground floor has French doors leading onto its own terrace with table and chairs and from there
into the garden. It has an en-suite shower room with toilet and sink, a sitting area and a small kitchenette with gas hob, fridge
and combi-oven for those who wish to self-cater. The Pyrenees Suite offers a king-sized bed and a single bed. A second
single bed can be provided on request, making it the perfect choice for families with young children.
The Pyrenees Suite may also be booked on a self-catering basis.
Poplar room
A comfortable king-sized double bedroom on the first floor offering far-reaching views of the grounds, pool and
valley beyond. A private bathroom is located just next door, with bath, shower, sink and toilet.
Chestnut room
This pretty twin bedded room on the first floor overlooks the grounds at the front of La Maire with its wide variety of trees,
and has views of the high peaks of the distant Pyrenees. Guests using the Chestnut room have sole use of the large private
bathroom down the hallway. The bathroom has a large bath with shower attachment, a walk-in shower cubicle and
double sink unit. A separate toilet is just next-door.
The Poplar and Chestnut rooms may be booked together as a family suite, sharing the bathroom in between the two rooms.

Living Accommodation
The ground floor open-plan living area at La Maire is available for use by guests at all times. The sitting room next to the
kitchen has a variety of books, maps and board games and there is also a bar area with tea and coffee making facilities, a
fridge and worktop for picnic preparations.
Meals
Meals are served on the terrace over-looking the back garden during the summer months or in the large dining room.
The terrace catches the morning sun, and also offers welcome shade from the heat at the end of the day.
All food is freshly cooked at La Maire, using home-grown produce whenever possible.
Breakfast
We offer a continental style breakfast with hot croissants and pains au chocolat, home-made jams, cereals,
yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast, fruit juice, tea and coffee. This is included in the cost of your stay.
Tables d’hotes / Dinner
20 euros/person
For those guests who would like to join us for dinner, we serve a variety of delicious French and English dishes, using
produce direct from the garden or from the local community whenever possible. Dinner consists of aperitifs, followed
by 4 courses (starter, main course, cheese and dessert) and coffee or tea along with your choice of wine, beer or soft drinks.
Bookings are required a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if you have any special dietary requirements please let us know.
